Overall experience was very comfortable. It was perfect in general: nice room, particularly good location near private quiet garden area, and Edinburgh. I really enjoyed coffee and treats at Coffee Home, based 400 metres from the venue.

Particularly good location not far from the centre, and the playhouse, everything perfect. Location close to the attractions. Easy access to Word of Mouth Cafe, just 5 minutes walk. Comfy bed.
Something as tea/coffee missing.

It has good rooms and brilliant location just off private quiet garden area as well as restaurants. You need to walk 5 minutes to reach Muzzicuni with quick-service food. The beds are nice, I truly enjoyed them.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hamza Apartment, which is conveniently located just minutes from Easter Road Stadium. The apartment provided the perfect base for us to explore the vibrant city of Edinburgh. We were delighted to discover a World Heritage Site boasting a mix of international and Scottish companies, along with a multitude of interesting sights. The annual International Festival and Fringe added an extra buzz to our visit, making our experience truly unforgettable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay for our family.
My children wanted a play area for kids in the apartment complex.

Great for pretending to be in a horror movie! Unsafe wires, filthy, smelly, broken TV, tiny shower, dirty kitchen. But hey, at least it's close to the city center!

Spacious Apartment: The Hamza Apartment was surprisingly spacious, with a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home, providing all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay.
Limited Sleeping Options: While the apartment was perfect for two people, it had limited sleeping options for larger groups. With only one double bed and a sofa bed that could barely accommodate a single person, we had to get creative to fit everyone in.

I chose this apartment for attending an annual general meeting, and it proved to be perfectly located for both business and leisure purposes. The apartment provided all the necessary essentials, such as an ironing board, which was convenient for preparing for my meetings.
One service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection. It would have been helpful to have a stronger internet connection to efficiently handle my business tasks during my stay.

Personally, I found the microwave a bit difficult to use, but others may have no issues at all.
